1. Cancellations
Customers can request a cancellation of their service subscription or software project within 24 hours of purchase or initial payment. After this period, cancellations will be processed but may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the progress of the project or service utilized.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- If the service has not been initiated or delivered within the promised timeline.
- If there is a technical defect in the software that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate payments made by the customer.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Setup fees or one-time implementation costs once the work has started.
- Services already rendered or hours already worked on custom software development.
- Domain registration or third-party license fees purchased on behalf of the customer.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.
